Cotton Council International

Cotton Council International (CCI) is a non-profit trade association whose focus is to represent and promote US cotton overseas.  CCI was established in 1956 with its headquarters in Washington, DC . As the export promotion arm of the National Cotton Council of America (NCC), both NCC and CCI represent the seven major segments of the US cotton industry.

CCI’s mission is to increase exports of U.S. cotton, cottonseed and U.S. manufactured cotton products through programs designed to enhance and improve business at every link in the cotton marketing chain — from the initial mill buyer of cotton fiber or purchaser of U.S. cotton-rich yarns and fabrics on through to the final consumer.

CCI’s Global Network

In addition to its headquarters in Washington, DC, CCI has offices a network of offices around the world in London, United Kingdom; Seoul, Korea; Shanghai, China; and Hong Kong and local representatives throughout Asia, Latin America and Europe. With this comprehensive coverage the COTTON USA program reaches about 3 billion current and potential customers of U.S. cotton in more than 50 countries worldwide.
